Amazing pool experience!
We spent one night here and loved it. The pool was super cool, especially swimming outside in chilly weather! Great breakfast with tons of options, and the staff was really friendly. The only bummer was that the pool entrance cost extra this time, which we didn’t expect. Overall, it was a fun stay.

The pools offered a nice way to relax during my stay. I found the breakfast to be ample and enjoyed a variety of options. The staff were helpful and attentive, which added to the experience. One evening, I appreciated the ability to use the skittles alley, providing some fun for the kids in our group.
I noticed that a few areas in the hotel showed signs of age and wear. Additionally, my room had some cleanliness issues that detracted from my overall comfort.

The pool area was a highlight for us, especially with the indoor and outdoor options that the kids loved. We also enjoyed a delightful dinner at the restaurant, where the menu had plenty of great choices to satisfy everyone’s cravings. The area around the hotel offers fabulous hiking opportunities, making for a fun-filled day with my brother and family.
In my kids’ opinion, the lack of air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable at night, and it would be great to have better ventilation in the rooms.

Had a great time using the outdoor sauna, man, that thing was super nice. And the breakfast? Just massive – real spread, made waking up worthwhile.
Yeah it wasn’t cheap but honestly still acceptable.

excellent stay but minor room quirks
The family suite exceeded our expectations. it was spacious and comfortable. The personalized attention from the kitchen staff regarding my child's nut allergy was exceptional.
Some furniture in the room felt slightly outdated.

The spa area features a well-maintained heated pool that draws you in for a relaxing dip. The dining experience stands out, with delicious meals served in a cozy atmosphere, enhancing the whole stay.
Unfortunately, the corridors leading to the rooms look a bit run down, with some old decorations that felt outdated. The room itself had a lingering smell of smoke and thin pillows which may not suit those looking for comfort. During my stay, I noticed some drafts from the windows, and the outdated TV didn’t help with the mood. Additionally, the breakfast area had an off-putting smell, detracting from an otherwise decent meal.

Excellent breakfast and relaxing spa facilities
I recently enjoyed a stay in a family suite where the spa facilities, particularly the indoor and outdoor pools, were a highlight for my family. The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful variety of options catering to everyone's tastes, making mornings a delight. The staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience. One area for improvement would be to expand the evening dining options since the current offerings felt a bit limited.
